- Clinical records: Retained for a minimum of 6 years after the last consultation, in accordance with the Health Professions Act and Good Pharmacy Practice guidelines.
- Financial records: Retained for 5 years as required by the Tax Administration Act.
- Marketing data: Retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion.
- Website analytics: Retained in anonymised form indefinitely.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to provide our services:
- PayFast (Pty) Ltd: For secure payment processing. PayFast's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Google LLC: For data storage via Google Workspace. Data may be processed on servers outside South Africa, subject to Google's data processing agreements and adequate safeguards.
- Consulting Medical Practitioners: Prescribing doctors involved in your telehealth consultation will have access to your clinical information.
- Courier Services: Your name, address, and contact number will be shared with our delivery partners for order fulfilment.
- Regulatory Authorities: We may be required to share information with SAHPRA, the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC), or HPCSA if required by law.
